I arrived early for my appointment with Becky, this wasn't a problem as I sank in to a comfy black leather sofa with a latte and read a magazine, I had personal attention from the moment I walked in, everyone spoke to me and made me feel welcome. My hair experience was great as usual, Becky always does a thorough consultation before she starts so she is clear about what I want I don't know how she manages to smile so much when she's been on her feet all day. While I had my hair done I was supplied with limitless drinks of my choice. Lots of lovely chat. When I walked out several hours later I felt relaxed, reinvented and ready to take on the world everything a hairdresser should aim to achieve for their client!
